10.000 Hours Rule

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.

10,000 Hours Rule means that, everybody can success with hard work. I read this idea in Malcolm Gladwell's book Outliers, he explain this clearly so I can understand. He says that every successful person at least train for 10,000 hours to achieve his level of skill. He gives example of how the Beatles already doing 10,000+ hours of live performing in a club before they finally comes up and being famous. Or Bill Gates, the story says that he always uses the school's lab in the early days before the sunriese and finally met the 10,000+ hours of programming before he finally build his mega corporation Microsoft.

We are an ordinary person, can success like the pros. We should train ourselves daily for 4 hours to achieve our goal 10 years later, for example: in sports, music, or specific job.
This things needs a mega disciple to be able to achieve the goal. If you cannot disciple, failure will meet you on the way.
